I used to be one of those people who skipped breakfast, but then I made the change.

I have never been able to eat breakfast early in the morning - even when I was a child.  My siblings were the same way.  I don't know why.

I never skip breakfast.  That is the meal that gets you going with energy.  I usually prepare a fruit smoothie for breakfast which is filling.

I think breakfast is very important, even just 1 toast of bread made my tummy feel better. I`ll dizzy if I don`t eat anything especially breakfast.

She may just go with the flow of the day, but after all the excitement she might get too hungry. I'm a notorious breakfast skipper so I can't say much. (-:

i rarely eat a "full breakfast" anymore. I did when i was a kid and in school and such but not really any more. I have coffee and a banana or sometimes maybe a yogurt. But my coffee is a must. I think I might have just gotten used to not eating breakfast because my energy level is fine and im not hungry during the day..well not any more or any less than with / without breakfast.

However, if my husband doesnt eat breakfast in the morning his whole day is screwed up lol and he gets cranky because he gets way to hungry.

I try not to skip breakfast.  This is suppose to be the most important meal of the day.  It keeps you from overeating on the wrong types of food.

I can't skip breakfast; I'll end up licking paint off the walls by 10:30 if I do.

It depends what you eat for breakfast.  A healthy breakfast is certainly a great thing and can be considered the most important meal of the day.  But the average breakfast eaten by most Americans...yeah I think it would be perfectly fine to skip.
