Well, while you are certainly entitled to your opinion, I do believe you are clearly off base here.  FREEDOM OF SPEECH comes in many forms and it's ridiculous for any one to be "insulted" to the point of KILLING.  If you don't like what you read - MOVE ON - don't read it and don't go back looking for more!

You just said, "both situations are making fun of an entire group."  That's EXACTLY what Charlie Hebdo IS... SATIRE.  Does it mean everyone will "like" that particular satire?  No, but as another member stated, it's freedom of speech and it's absolutely INSANE to work yourself up to the point of wanting other people dead because of it.  "Normal" people either read it and laugh, or walk away because they don't like it.  The point is that only believers in islam have gone this far (WORLD WIDE) and it's time to put a stop to it.
