I love movies, especially Fantasy/Sci-Fi.  I also gravitate to TV shows about intelligent people i.e. Scorpian, Big Bang Theory and Bones.   PBS has lots of wonderful programming too.  Don't care for many "reality" shows, but I do like Amazing Race, America's Got Talent and Dancing With the Stars.

I like pretty much every type of movie as long as it is good.  Comedy of all types, horror, drama.  Just nothing foreign and I am not into animated movies in general.
