toolbar help ? Admin Help

I just installed the toolbar but when I search nothing comes up there are no results!

I used to have the FC toolbar.  I quit it a while ago because it gave me so much trouble.  I do not really like the yahoo search engine.   I am thinking about trying it again just to get my 5 cents for Paid to Click.  There are no crediting videos!

I used to get actual results at one point, but in the past few to several months, I haven't been getting results either. If there are ads though, I'll just click those.

My toolbar is working BUT NOT the searches.  No matter what I put in the search bar, the message appears "You did not perform a qualifying search".  (I use that search bar ALOT and this has happened only once before.  It started working right after I posted about it, hoping for the same this time....)

Otherwise, toolbar works great & I LOVE it!!  (Use it with FireFox)

A day later & my toolbar searches still are not working/not crediting....

Unfortunately there isn't much we can do with the search function on the toolbar -- it's managed by a third party and they are not interested in fixing it.  If it doesn't work for you, you just have to skip it.

why cant you advise to that third party that maybe we can just pull up the search bar and search off it without downloading the whole program. that works so much better with all credit due and that is how other sites do this.

I had the toolbar and loved it.  Then it stopped working.  Every search I did it said it was not a qualifying search.  I uninstalled it and tried to install it again.  The first toolbar was freecause and the last one I tried to download was amazon and would not install.  I just gave up on it.

I am having the same problem and not receiving any credit for the searches.

I have the same problem and as long as it credits I am not worried about it. Counting this one I do searches for 4 different sites. That's enough.

The toolbar stopped working for me as well.  I even uninstalled and reinstalled it.  Nothing happens more search results come back now though

I just posted this in another thread, but I'll re post here...


The gist of my tickets to FC support:

• the toolbar company is working to update the toolbar to work on the newest version of FireFox.
• All users reporting the toolbar was broken were using FireFox and had it update - breaking the toolbar.
• They have not yet given us a time frame for the fix. You can either use Internet Explorer or wait until a fix is implemented.
