It seems you need a bank now to fund the account.My funding PP on my own might be over if i cant do it with my debit card.I dont use banks.I have no use for them.

I have only used PayPal a couple times, but it's not recent. Hopefully it works out for you.

You should call Paypal and get help.  This is my first time hearing this.  Hope you will get your answer soon.

I just recently got a Paypal account.  I've been scared to but my brother talked me into it.  I've only used it one time but I keep getting emails wanting me to complete my registration.  Not sure but I think they're wanting me to link it to my checking account but not sure I want to do that.  I'm just scared to put much info out there on the internet.
