No referral bonus money. I only had $12 in offers and over $13 in bonuses, which was probably the DQ'd survey and daily emails. Not sure on that. Also didn't realize today is the last day of the month but I'll never make the offer amount in the one day. Oh, well. I usually don't make the cash out every month anyway, so it doesn't bother me that much...just thought I did make it   this time.

Emails count as offers. I'm not sure how you had that much in bonuses without it coming from referrals. I cashed out at $50.27 and only had I think $1.11 in bonuses

I have not cashed out yet, but I have made over 54 dollars so far with  a dollar or less in bonuses.
