Contact Information for Survey Companies

I've had a few surveys lately where the website itself messed up, or the survey just didn't pay after completing it.  These are not short surveys.  Some of them have taken anywhere from 25-45 minutes and then just don't credit.  I'm sure there are many of us out here who will sympathize with this.

While we do realize that FC can't pay us unless FC gets paid, I think it would be a great idea for FC to post some kind of contact information for these survey companies so that we, the survey takers, can contact those companies and tell them of any problems with crediting or website errors.  Perhaps FC can even make it a requirement of these companies.  It's just so unfair for us to work as hard as we do and then not get any credit or even have a way to contact them with a VALID email address where we could explain the situation and actually GET A REPLY.

I had two surveys not credit last week or the week before. One was for Fusion Cash and one was for another site. I completed both of them taking my time and answering honestly. They were both interesting surveys which required some time.

I would like to be able to contact the survey company but I accept that Fusion Cash might not be able to do this for many reasons including confidentiality. Fortunately, I get credit for most of the surveys that I am eligible for. Our time is valuable.

I appreciate your 2 cents and can relate to what you are saying.

I really think something could be done on the lines of communication. on other sites you speak to a person, they look up your work, they see its on the other end and they give you credit. so if other survey sites are able to get credit for your work then I would think a place of this magnitude can get credit for your work.
