I think that Michael Jackson was well aware of what he was doing to himself.  It is sad to think that someone that was worth so much money and had kids would find his happiness in a method that was so cheap (drugs).  But it is an all too common thing in the world and has been going on since the dawn of time.  I could list 50 famous people that have gone the same route and it is sad, but even worse is the affect that it will have on Michael Jackson's kids.  THEY are the real victims.

That is so true. I did not follow this story very well nor did I care to. But alot of people hmm I suppose the word would be, FORGET to tell whichever doctor they are visiting what types of medicine they are currently taking. As alot of doctors are unaware or dont look very well at the patients chart. Wether it being OTC or Perscriptions. Mixing of alot Barbiturates or other pills can have a long term if not sudden effect on a persons life.  I dont know what happend only he knows. But that is the closet I can get to making my opionin.

the fact is he didnt recieve the wrwong medication, and he wasnt mixing drugs
he had horrible sleep conditions, and after years of trying normal methods deicded to take proporal <wrog spelling> but was an anestesia< again with the spelling> so sleep a full 8 hours, and then would have the doctors slowly wean him off of it at a specific time, just like they would during a surgery..
its sad, its wrong, the doctors are as much to blame as micheal, both bad decisions
but if youve ever had a serious sleep disorder, you would better understan the emotions, physical pain, and how deeply it alters your life, and relationship with those you love

I agree with you 100%.  He knew exactly what he was doing, too bad for his kids because they are the ones left to deal with it.  If the guardians were smart, they would get those kids into therapy now to deal with it and get on with their lives.
