The adhitz ads which show for FC give income to FC which helps pay us. All works out for the best in the long run.

If you are talking about the advertising banners that are on the top of each page, that's how FC monetizes the forums so they can give us our bonuses each month. So indirectly, we do get paid for them, since we all benefit.

No i am pretty sure you don't acutely get anything for posting banners but it might help you get referrals which make good money in the long run.
