Cashing out issues, support tickets not helping
« on: April 08, 2015, 07:52:51 pm »
Hello, I was told that posting here might be of more help.

So I joined Fusion Cash about 9 weeks ago after being refereed to by a friend. I am a broke college student so I figured hey if it pays for my netflix and hulu then perfect. However something happened and my cashout was denied, even though i made it past the 30 dollar mark like they asked. I don't use paypal but my roomate does and FusionCash said that it was the easiest way to cash out so I used his. Well it wasn't verified so he linked his bank account to it for me so I could cash out which took him forever to do. Then two weeks later my cashout gets denied because the paypal isnt the same as my profile name, it wouldn't be because it's not my paypal. This was news I found out in the denial information, even though I can't find anywhere that says both have to have the same name it was apparently reason enough to stop my cashout. So I updated my profile name to match the paypal to see if I could cashout that way but it didn't work. Now they are asking me for a mandated court order with my name change it.
I have opened three tickets and no one wants to listen so I am asking here who I need to talk. I've asked for different cashout methods but so far they have been unresponsive.

Hi Pclown,
This situation is unfortunate, but it appears as if you have put yourself in a "tight spot"

All of your maneuvering may be considered a bit "fraudulent", "shady" so it raises questions & doubt with Admin

Its clearly noted in FusionCash Terms of Service  RE:  PayPal
IV.  Payments (Cashing Out)
      E. Restricted Use.
Users may not request payment to PayPal or bank accounts that they do not personally own

Under these circumstances, you will need to wait for Admin and/or Support to follow-up with your tickets

Hope this is resolved soon for you, Be Patient & Good Luck ~ Keep us posted on your progress

I would change everything back to how you originally had it and just request a check cash out.  Just a heads up, with Paypal almost anything you do has to be the same as your other information to protect you/Paypal account.  Whether you are buying something, selling something, cashing something to your Paypal...it doesn't matter.  Paypal has very good security measures so all information must match...i.e. billing address, shipping address, name on accounts, etc.  I, personally, always use the check method and it takes less than a week to normally get my check.  You might change everything back and then send in a support ticket to explain what had happen so they will put down the 'fraudulent' flag.

Sorry hon, that is the way most sites work, you cannot use someone else's paypal.

Can i ask why didnt you just verify your own paypal it takes like three days at the most?

They do this because when people sign up from a different country they get americans on forums to use their paypal account so they can cashout, and pay them, that is considered money laundering.

Alot of countries are banned from paypal so they are doing this to protect people from fraud.

I don't know if you'll be able to go back in to your account and put your name back the way it originally was when you first signed up, but give it a try.  Fusion Cash has rules that state that if you "legally" change your first or last name, they require a photo ID and a copy of the court order to confirm the change.

I realize that's not what you wanted to do or actually did, but because you changed your name, Fusion Cash is asking for that info.

I still don't know if you'll be able to do it even if support does fix that part. If you're in college, are you and your roommate living on campus? If you are, it's also against the rules to use shared networks and computers to my understanding. Anyways, I hope it works out for you in the end.

I had my swagbucks account deactivated because somehow my age was changed to 13 on my account.  don't know how that happened but now I have to jump through hoops to get my account reactivated.  Bummer.
