Yes. I over think a lot too. Like for example at work today everything just kept going wrong. I am a server and deal with customers all day and b/c of everything going wrong I felt so embarrassed and a little dumb. I was feeling like these people must think what is wrong with this girl. Ugh.

It happens more than I would like.  But sometimes it's a good teacher when going through such choices in life. I figure in adulthood I would learn to avoid these more often, but some things just happen due to circumstances.

As long as you use  these actions and behaviors as learning moments, no problem.  Think about what you did, why you did it, and what triggered it.  Then think about whether you should have done nothing or what an alternative behavior might have been.

Yes. I felt that way when I got a speeding ticket.  All I had to do was SLOW DOWN. But no, I had to be stupid. Not only did I have to spend over $125 to make it go away. I had to take defensive driving and get a copy of my driving record. It has all been handled now, but what a price to pay for being STUPID. BMaston12

I forced my foot into sandals that were too small even though they were my size.
Now, I have had pain for a little over a week.
It makes me think of the Japanese women who wear those tiny sandals to force their feet to stay small.
