I am going to try to get my mom to go on a staycation somewhere nearby, given that she won't take a real vacation. She really deserves it!

We will go to church with my mom.  We will probably have a quiet dinner at home.  Have a wonderful day!

My daughter will be in to spend the weekend with me.  She is leaving her husband at home so he can spend quality time with his mother.  After church on Sunday, we will be spending the rest of the day with my mother after we visit with my mother-in-law at the cemetery.  This is our first Mother's Day without her.  Her birthday would have been May 18th.
Have a wonderful day!

I have to be gone most of the day so I will be spending the day driving mostly.  One of my sons invited me for dinner but I have a puppy that must be picked up this weekend and Sat. is out because I have to attend a baby shower.

Hopefully go to church with my family and come home to a home cook meal and relax the rest of the day.

Neither my husband nor myself have our mothers with us anymore (father's either).  We have 2 daughters who live in our town now and for the last couple of years my husband grills and we have the girls and their families over to eat and visit.  It'll be a bitter/sweet day with the loss of our mother's but nice to have the family with us for church and lunch.

I am not sure what I am going to do. Usually we go to church on Sundays, but it is so hard for me. Both of my boys have passed on before me. Not they way it should be.  It hurts not having them with me and seeing other mothers with theirs. I pray another Mother never has to lose one.  But I know God had a reason for calling them home before I was ready for them to go. And someday we will reunited.
