Here is the message I see on my Fusion Cash Page?

Action Required: Your email address  is not receiving our messages. When attempting to send you an email, we encountered this error: Other undefined Status. Please update your email address, checking carefully for typographical errors. You should also confirm that the account is still active.

My email account is still active and is correct  ???  ???

Well, there is is a problem. I gather that FC is trying to send you emails but for some reason, they are not going through. It sounds like they are bouncing back. I am not a tech savvy person but I have heard of this happening because of Firewalls, virus protections and other reasons. I have never understood what it all means.

Are you using AOL for your email?  I think that I have heard of some sites blocking emails from FC and sites similar to FC.

I use yahoo for my FC account and have never had this problem.

I got the exact same Action Required message.  My account is still active and my e-mail address has not changed.  I use Yahoo for my FC account.  I checked with my tech support and they believe there is a problem on Fusion Cash's end.  Since others are having this problem also I believe that must be the case.  I hope it gets rectified soon.  I submitted a support ticket, but until things are fixed I won't be able to get a reply by email.

I use Yahoo. I spoke with them today, and they claim they are not blocking emails from Fusion Cash with the IP address
they have on file for Fusion Cash. I did send another support ticket in. It is good to know I'm not the only one that has had this happen to them. I sure hope this gets fixed soon.  :'(

I just had the same thing happen to me on Fusion.  No other sites had problems though.  Funny thing!  Same email I been using on Fusion for months.

THat happened to me with my email a long time ago. I had to change my email in my profile and then confirmed it and it helped.  I am not sure why that every happened.   Try a gmail account and see if that works for you .   Good luck.

I haven't had any problems like this, but I'd suggest being sure to save their email address under contacts and make sure nothing is blocked. If it doesn't work out in the next few weeks, you might want to try another account like cwillard1 said, a gmail account might work better. Good luck to you, hopefully FC will see that there are a few of you having this problem and will work something out! :)

I got the Daily Cash Email but when I click on that, I got "Click on the advertisement below and follow the instructions to earn your $0.02 reward."  Tried 4 times now and got the same thing.

I'm going to resubscribe and see if that helps.

It has to be a Yahoo problem. I'm signed up to receive all emails from here and I only ever get the daily email. I probably haven't been able to receive the weekly reports, notifications about cashouts or bonuses or even support tickets since late 2013

I changed my browser to Chrome and it worked on the first email I received. So it must have been FireFox with the problem.

Here is the message I received from Fusion Cash Support about this issue:

We are in the process of switching IP addresses for the first time in many many years. Unfortunately, AT&T/Yahoo has not been very accepting towards emails sent from our new IP address. It'd be nice to stay on the old IP, but we do not have that option.

As a customer of AT&T, you might be able to convince them to whitelist our new IP address:
64.62.151.130

The old IP address will be retired on or before June 30th.

With all that said, I have cleared the bounce notice from your account. You should be able to receive emails for the time being since we're routing all AT&T ones to the old IP now.




I re-contacted AT&T about the IP address they wanted me to fill out a form about about changing it. They will review the information and give me a decision about it. I still can not receive any emails from Fusion Cash!!!   :crybaby2:

I contacted at&t, troubleshooted, and I even sent an email to myself to check to see if my email address is working, and there was no problem. you need to fix your website because I did receive a email from fusioncash yesterday to take a survey.
