I totally agree. Alcohol can make someone totally lose all judgment. Marijuana can effect ur judgment but not that bad. If that happened they should still make it illegal to drive while under the influence of marijuana.

Marijuana isn't as dangerous as alcohol. ;D
Plus, marijuana has a bunch of medical benefits.

No then why not legalize cocaine, heroine, and all the other life killers and destroyers. They are all wrong, and legalizing one only promotes them all on some level.

I agree also.However, I don't think alcohol will ever be illegal again, it's been tried before. I used to think that pot would eventually be legal, but with the way they treat cigarettes lately , I doubt it will happen. I don't smoke ( anything) but I think people should have the freedom to do so.

I don't see having a problem legalizing marijuana.  I would much rather have someone smoking marijuana behind the wheel than someone drinking alcohol.  If he did legalize it I live in one the prime areas to grow it.  Maybe it would help the economy in this area since the tree huggers are killing coal.

Very true. That, and I believe if the gov't legalized it and taxed it, it'd put some much-needed money into the economy. Alcohol is ridiculously more dangerous than marijuana. And that's why I think it's hilarious it's not legal.
