Do you mean "Opinion Central Daily Survey?"  If you've completed one of their surveys, they pay you 40 cents cash.  There are no "Opinion Outpost" surveys on FC, unless you were redirected to an Opinion Outpost survey through another survey here.

I assume you want to know how you get paid. The amount you get from the survey is put on your total amount you have earned here at FC and then you can cash out at 25 dollars.
