I am drinking IASO tea currently.  It is a detox tea that also aids weight loss.
I have lost 8 pounds just drinking tea!

I really like herbal teas. my favorite is lemon ginger It tastes great hot or cold. I also like peach and decaf mint green tea.

I only drink unsweet iced tea. I don't drink any thing with carbonation and I don't like sweet or flavored drinks.

I've tried alot of brands of tea, the ones I like best I get on-line from Teavana.  The packets of tea are so fresh & smell so good.  The last ones I got were a strawberry slender (so good!) and they sent a free sampler of a fruity tea with blueberry (very good).  (One of my cats wants to smell the bag every time I open it & he's tried to steal the bags before.)
