Post or reply 30 times in one month period. Just basically keep conversations going or post interesting stuff.
After you do the 30 in one month click on Paid to post, at the top of the screen and it will show you the rest.

30 posts is quite simple. No need to come on all the time. You can get around 3 posts a log in... and just come on for 10 days. and BAM! 30 posts!
