I dont use opinion central so i dont care, i use live samples and they usually pay pretty good

Opinion Central will come and go.  I'm fairly certain it's either available for all FC members or not available for anyone. 

After not having it in my list for about a week or so, I saw it yesterday and tried to complete it.  Wouldn't you know it, the quota was full.   

Instead, I completed a Say-So survey which took about 15 or 20 minutes.  I was credited $2.20 into my account immediately.   

Not a bad backup plan - the 40cent survey was not available so I settled for $2.20.

I never heard of this. I am kind of done doing surveys for most sites.
