Drinking a cold drink, staying in the air condition, eating a cool pop or ice pop, eating cold fold, wearing cool clothes, having a fan on. I don't know about you but I hate hot weather!

How ,any ways can you keep cool??

I live in Las Vegas so everyone knows how hot it gets here.  Well, I keep cool by drinking lots of water, juices, and eating lots of cold fruits.  We freeze grapes, strawberries and watermelon all the time.  Also, we Vegans try to stay out of the sun during the day.  We like to call ourselves night owels. :-)
