New or old favorite TV shows
« on: November 28, 2015, 04:59:52 am »
??? I'm not one to watch much tv, due to commercials, but I  end up falling in love with shows/characters that give me a bit of patience to watch them. It would take me to long to mention them all at this one post so I will come back often to add my favs and a bit of info. It might help if u have been curious this might give u enough to give the show a shot.  I hope to see the same from everyone else!
Currently I'm watching this week's Scorpion...I fell for this show last year.  I'm not really sure if the info they say about Walter O'Brien is correct but I'm sure there is some truth.  None the less the shows are awesome. Sometimes a bit far fetched but I can see some truth in it too.  Enough to keep my attention! 🍑🍑

I don't watch new shows, but I have a lot of old TV show favorites from the 50's and 60's! My favorite show of all is Rawhide, because I'm madly in love with Eric Fleming/ Gil Favor. Other favorites include the Wild Wild West, Combat, Bonanza, Tales of Wells Fargo, Wanted Dead or Alive. (As you can see, I mostly like Westerns!)

I still watch some oldies but goodies. ..love Bonanza (wanted to grow up and marry Hoss), Rifleman,  even Hee Haw but I don't catch them as often as the newer shows.
Just commented on another posting about 2 Broke Girls, which I love though it's a bit racey.
I also like The Big Bang Theory, I've always love nerds so it sort of follows in the line of my interest. And they can leave me in stitches at lease 9 out of 10 shows.
Love the comment and hope to see more!

:) We watch the oldies. Bewitched, Mr. Ed, Barney Miller, Wagon Train, and on and on. We will watch the news for the weather but all of this Political junk gets passed by.

I have heard it all before.

I usually watch the comedies like the big bang theory. Don't watch too many old re-runs

I'm a sucker for anything on Bravo. Well, not anything; mostly The Real Housewives shows. Any city, any season -- I eat it up. Have since the very beginning! I'm excited the new season of Beverly Hills premieres this week, and in the new year an altogether new city: Potomac! I don't get very much into other shows. They just can't hold my interest; I feel like most of it's all been done before.  :-\

I try not to watch new shows since they tend to get canceled. I let them air for a few seasons and then binge watch!

What is the topic for discussion?  All you did was state some facts about yourself and a show you watch ::)

I don't really watch too much TV anymore, but back in the day, it was Full House, Family Matters, Step by Step, and of course, cartoons like Ren & Stimpy, Rocko's Modern Life, and Rugrats. As I got older, it turned into CSI, Invasion, Manhattan, and that's basically it.

New or old favorite TV shows--the name if this post.  I'd just like to get comments from people (off topic of course) of their favorite shows.  Regardless of it being old or new. I hope that details it better.  Thanks for asking to clarify ☺
