loss of appetite
« on: December 02, 2015, 01:05:02 pm »
I rarely have a loss of appetite.

Recently, though, I went through that feeling.
I have now regained my sense of appetite and am no longer "slightly dehydrated".
When you get sick, you can learn a lot about health.

You should drink plenty of water if you got dehydrated. That is never good, can end up at the doctors or even the hospital.

Glad you are feeling better.  I too have had a loss of appetite which I believe was due to having a cold and maybe due to CHF.  I am needing to lose weight though so am trying to put the loss of appetite to my advantage by eating less but trying to eat only the healthy stuff like fruit and salad and the like.
