If you have severly dry skin, have you found a non scented lotion
that really helps your skin, if so, what is the name of it?

I always use the scented.  I have found that "body butter" works better than lotion because it is thicker.

I use different ones, I like some in the vaseline  line, they are very nourishing and not greasy. I heard that nivea is also good. There are tons of them out there, I think it's best to  find which one works best for you. Some products may do wonders for others, but when i try them on me they just do not do what I need them to do, does not mean they are bad I just need something different for my skin, so experiment I am sure you will find something you like.

One of my favorite things to use is cold-pressed organic coconut oil.  It not only helps your skins appearance but it can be used for many more things as well - even cooking!!  If you don't like that idea, maybe you'd want to try Aveno lotion or even a product called "Bag Balm" (it's used on horses hooves) so you can imagine it must be good!!!  Good luck with whatever you do try.

I would recommend Nivea, they have a scale for thickness so that really helps in getting the right texture. I've recently wanted to try Aveeno because this winter my skin has been getting dry.  :confused1:

I use Dial for extra dry skin lotion.  It works really well and doesn't go on greasy so it's easy to rub in the skin.

Eucerin if my lotion of choice.  I also like Clinique's body butter and generic coconut oil.

I use Cera Ve. I have been using this for sometime now. It helps a lot with my dry skin in the winter but it seems like I am using it all the time.

Cocoa Butter works for me. Suave also has a lotion for dry skin.

Aveeno daily moisturizer or Nivea works pretty well.

There are so many lotions on the market now.  You have a remarkable choice.  I would simply read the ingredients and find one that is for extra dry skin that is been on the market long-term.  That means it must have worked for a majority of people who have tried it!  Watch for those marked for sensitive skin!

I was starting with patches of dry skin on my forehead during the winter. I tried my old standby, Pond's, but it didn't help much. A sample of a new L'Oreal product came in the mail and after 2 days use, patches were gone. i don't know what it costs, but it probably isn't cheap.

There is no scent to it  It's called Hydra-Nutrition Golden Balm for body or face. There was another sample called Hydra-Nutrition Facial Oil with Sunscreen.  Those 2 really cleared my dry patches. A lot of the ingredients are natural, but there's also some things in it I can't even pronounce, let alone know what they are. :)
