total noob. Already have problems understanding.
1.I decided to try 'watch videos', so i clicked on one, and no video showed up to watch. so what to do ?
2. If I use paypal for payment, how do i get the money out?

There just may not have been any videos available at the time you tried.

It you have Paypal you have can use the money to purchase online, transfer it to your bank account or get a Paypal debit card.
