Been exercising more frequent than last year... Try to do 20-30 mins of indoor cycling and lifting weights

I am still working out but not as I used to be a couple years ago. I lost about 50 lbs. last year and am working to maintain my weight. losing weight is great but buying new clothes is not so great.

I've been mainly concentrating on getting my eating habits on track - more veggies and less of the good stuff ;)

They say diet is 80% and exercise is 20% when it comes to losing weight so, I started focusing on that 80% first and then I'll be adding in consistent exercise.

any movement is exercise.
some people focus on an exercise regimen.
you can focus too much on the regimen and lose sight of the purpose.
push push push    we always seem to push ourselves.
I do a lot of walking and try to get outside to do it.

I've been taking more walks this year, more than ever. However, not exercising on a routine or anything just more walks occasionally. Usually to check the mail.

I still exercise about 3 times a week but i should increase it to 4 (maybe find sometime on the weekend). need to get rid of some belly fat,.

I'm pleased to say I've stuck to a routine mostly so far this year, mostly walking, swimming, and occasionally taking my bike places. It's a funny thing, but this year I quietly just resolved to do better without making a big deal about my goals, and I've had more success so far than when I've come up with a big plan.
