Sample Cube Survey Screen locked!

For the entire month of February every Sample Cube survey that I have even attempted to try, will not let me enter
my zip code at the top of the page? Has anyone else had this issue?

That has happened to me several times with these surveys.All of the other questions on the page work except the zip code.

When I got routed to a Sample Cube survey, the same thing happened to my page.

I've had this problem with Sample cube for some time. I put in a support ticket about it and they asked me about trying another browser. I switched to Chrome from Firefox and still the same problem. There's gotta be something else going on or some way to fix it.

Only Every Single Time. That's all. Tragic.

I had another Sample Cube survey yesterday.I didn't qualify for it but the zip code did work this time.

I have this issue as well. but no solution. Have anyone heard anything about fixing the issue or will it get pulled from the site?

yes it locked out on me as well. games that we dont need when were earning just pennies if they would not block us so much.
