They did it again!!!!!!!!!!!
« on: May 14, 2016, 09:34:46 pm »
Qualtrics is the survey company in which I spent 55 minutes filling a survey and giving them more personal data and opinions that I've given anyone in my life and then was DQed. Well, it just happened again! I am assuming the I was answering the last question which was - "Would you consider talking to a reporter about this survey?" Someone had commented to my first complaint about the first survey that "NO" would have been the proper answer, but I assumed they meant one of their reporters. Well this time I did say no and again was DQed! What a total crock and now I will write to them. It sure isn't Fusion Cash's problem or even their responsibility to deal with them.
If you get a survey which starts with talking about this year's election, beware! There had to be over 200 questions covering a ton of subjects AFTER the election junk. When I saw it was them that was giving the survey I check the time - about 48 minutes this time. Idiots.

YIKES -- that is a bit much.  I agree, FC doesn't have any control over this.... but it is awfully easy for folks to get frustrated with FC when one of their advertisers consistently presents this type of survey -- i.e., collecting a TON of data from those of us who are just trying to make an extra buck and then disqualifying for some silly reason so they don't have to pay.  It stinks.  I think the way you intend to handle it is great.  I know I will pay extra special attention to any Qualtronics surveys and do the same if this happens to me.

Yeah, I would go to them direct, too.  As a matter of fact, I've done it lots of times (not necessarily with Qualtrics).  Some reply, some there are no way to get in touch with.  There seems to be a LOT more surveys that are pulling this sort of thing (not to mention the poor pay).  Maybe if they get enough people to give them a piece of their minds, they'll play fair.  Good luck!  Let us know if you ever get a reply.

My memory is that I have had some good experiences with Qualtrics but I could be wrong. I have done some of their surveys but do not always qualify for one.

I had a bad experience last week when I did a survey that said it would take 37 minutes but it took me over 45 minutes and I ended up getting an Over Quota at the end.

I would open a support ticket. Maybe FC can give you some additional pennies or tell you what the problem is.  I feel FC has to know about this problem.

Thanks for the heads up. I will avoid 'Q ' surveys. :BangHead:

I sort have given up on doing the survey's it takes so long to complete some of them then just to find out you didn't qualify.

Another thing I noticed with Qualtrics surveys is that some do not redirect back to the survey portal for credit. It just stays on the Qualtrics completion page. Not all, but some are like this.

That's not a very good feeling and that's a long time to just end up not qualifying.

I'm sorry to hear that. I have had problems with Qualtrics surveys to in the past. Just when I thought I'd made it through the whole survey and thought I'd get paid I got disqualified instead.

Sorry to hear, but yeah, unfortunately, Fusioncash doesn't have any control over third party survey sites. Try the FC surveys, those are probably your best bet. At the very least, they'll at least give you $0.01 for your trouble.

This is probably why I have not done very much surveys here on FC. I've mainly been doing on panels I receive in my emails that I signed here on FC long ago. I get a lot of them every week. I cannot always keep up surveys due to my busy schedule.

Fusion Cash is getting burned as well as us,  if they are DQ'ing they are paying no one.  The only way they will stop doing it is if everyone, everywhere puts up a fuss with them.  There are plenty of legit survey/research co out there, can certainly avoid that one if they won't play fair. There are good survey company opportunities out there.

That is very unethical, if they are doing it on purpose. I hope if enough people complain, they fix their system. There should be a strict cutoff, after which point they have to pay you for the full survey.
