Do you water your lawn/garden by hand or sprinkler?

Awh, this is the cutest celebration day today. Today, May 30, 2016, Water a Flower Day!  Enjoy!  I water by hand, drought here, I really don't have a lawn, but, I have the flower plants that survived me only giving small amount of water. They are beautiful when in-bud and extreme when bloomed. Have a gr8 day

Water by sprinkler, around 6am  every other day when expecting hot weather.

I use a hose when I water, but i seldom water. We dont have grass in the front bc it is so shady and there is a huge oak. The back I just keep cut because it is not good grass, lots of weeds mixed in. No need to water.

I water it with a hose but I wish there were an easier way! Such a hastle and I end up soaked in the process. Luckily it rained last night and earlier today so I get a day off.

I used the sprinkler sometimes, but when I have the time, I water by hand....

We don't water the lawn, but we do water the garden when needed. Usually its a combination of hose and buckets, because we have sulfur water in the drilled well, which hurts plants like tomatoes. So those have to be watered with a bucket from the dug well, which isn't sulfur. (and conveniently is right in the middle of the garden, LOL!

We waterr the lawn with a sprinkler,  but the flowers planted around the perimeter and in pots on the patio are watered by hand with the hose.

My husband does all the watering.  So he goes back and forth between using the hose with a nozzle and watering by hand with a watering can.  If I were doing it I would be using the hose all the time.  Simply because the watering can we have is so big and awkward I can't handle it easily.

We just let the rain do its job!  There's not much of anything to water in the backyard, the frontyard is very green as is, and I just try my best to take care of my ivy. It's hard in a house where the only place she'll get sun is right by the back door, but if I leave her there, "roommates" who have a habit of discarding my belongings might pull a Houdini act and make her disappear.
