I think doesn't matter if it were men or women are good cook as long as they love it and have talent, the food would turn out to be wonderful.

It's wonderful when you have a spouse that like to cook and enjoy doing it.

My husband can fend for himself  - a little more than just popping something in the microwave. He is turning into a decent drill master though.
My father was a fantastic cook. After he retired, he did the cooking. My Mother said it was nice coming home to a cooked meal!

Wow when you post something it goes all over the place ::) Reading the subject one would think you are talking about YOUR husband, but alas, not the case once again :bad: You talk about someone else's husband and then talk about dinners you can have sent to your house ??? Get a grip will you, you just make statements and go off on tangents ::) ::) ::) :bad: 8)

When both my husband and I were working, I used to leave a menu out for my teenage daughter to follow for dinner. She learned how to cook that way and now loves cooking. Now that we are retired, my husband does all the food shopping and cooking because he loves it too. It is a real pleasure having that done for you every day.

I would be so thankful to find a man that can cook. I couldn't cook to save my life, LOL.

There are a lot of men who are really good at cooking.  I loved baking.  I also preferred clean-up; as opposed to actually preparing the meal.

Now, I live alone and I'm motivated to cook what I want when I want.
Have a great day!

There are a lot of men who cook. There are also a lot of men that enjoy cooking. Some are good cooks also. I think nowadays it just depends on what the family wants.

That's one of the things I miss about being married too.  I love a man that cooks.

One of the things I miss about being married is having someone else cook dinner sometimes. My ex husband actually use to like cooking when we were married. I get tired of having to cook for four kids everyday and I m on a budget so we only go out to eat once in a while.

would be nice if mine did. unfortunately, if we survived off of his cooking, we'd be living off of nothing but mac n cheese and ramen noodles lol
