Does anyone know how long it takes to get your cashouts approved?

Well excuse me mr or mrs know it all, I am new to this and it does say payment will be given on or before the 20th!

there is no exact date just the month you cashout you will not see your money until or or around the 20th of the next monthh

if i press the cashout button before the midnight of 31st then im fine right. Ill still get my money on november 20th or earlier right. or does the cashout need to to approved before the 31st
