I completed a survey earlier and I made it to the page that said I completed the survey but it would never take me to the completion page. Here is the last page and the completion page never came up. I still have the page open. I never closed it in hopes it was maybe taking longer than normal.

Did you ever get credited for your survey?  I did a FC survey on the 8th of August.  Completed it, and when I clicked after completing the survey, I got a page that stated TERMINATED.  I was not happy to say the least.

No, I never got credit, I was told I had completed the survey. I kept waiting for the fc completion page or even the 1 cent disqualification page. Didn't get either. But should have gotten the completion page since I was told I had completed the survey.

Save the completed page if you can. Take a screen shot or copy it. If you do not get credit or get a one cent disqualification, you can open a support ticket.  FC will investigate after seven days.

Although most surveys credit immediately or within hours, every so often, one does not credit for a day or two.

I have had this happen to me more than one time and in some cases, the survey was long and very long. Like you, I was not happy.

On average, it happens to me at least once a week. Most of the time I forgot to save the screenshot and sometimes I did. It's the price we pay sometimes.

I think the problem with your survey was that it never redirected back to Fusion Cash so that you could get the credit for completing it.  I'd send in a support ticket and if you've got a screen shot, let them know.  I've always found that when the last screen doesn't redirect back, I never get the credit for the survey.

That's true, sometimes the surveys that don't refresh back to the FC page won't be credited. I noticed it happens with Qualtrics surveys a lot.

Last survey I done got me .75 cents and that's been a while ago, looks like I need to be attempting more.

Yes, that is exactly what happened. It never went back to the FC page for proper credit.

I think the problem with your survey was that it never redirected back to Fusion Cash so that you could get the credit for completing it.  I'd send in a support ticket and if you've got a screen shot, let them know.  I've always found that when the last screen doesn't redirect back, I never get the credit for the survey.
