Do you sleep well at night?

I don't stay up late nor do I worry about things.  However, I do have trouble sleeping.  My husband has physical disabilities and he kicks all night long.

I like to go to sleep by 10 pm. Occasionally I get so tired my eyes burn and are heavy then I get in bed and my mind just races with the most ridiculous thoughts in the world. I usually have to take a Tylenol pm those nights.

I used to have trouble getting to bed but these days im doing better getting to bed, I dont know why the lack of new television shows

I think it depends on what kind of day I've had. I need at least 30 minutes uninterrupted wind-down time before bed, and even with that some nights I'll have to take a Benadryl. I've got a lot racing through my head day and night. This past Saturday night only got 4 hours of sleep, though, and went through the whole day pretty well charged, spending three straight hours cleaning the house.

I sleep great I don't have any problems sleeping.  I love my sleep.  It's very rare that I'll have a sleepless night.

I can usually fall asleep within 5 minutes but staying asleep can be problematic at times.

If I don't sleep well I get sleepy about 3:00 pm. geezy I need a nap before bedtime, it gets all out of wack. I have to keep the bedroom very clean. I have never slept all through the night even when I was a kid. I can get very tired at work. Have a good night are sweet words.

I can sleep good...but sometimes I get to thinking early in the morning and then forget it!

It depends on how much I have on my mind and if the night time temperature is comfortable. During hot summer nights I have difficulty sleeping.

i'm a night owl unless I'm really tired.    I toss and turn till i fall asleep lol  I have to have the tv on or I will never get to sleep. I like a little noise in the background along with my fan  .  I would never sleep at all if the room was dark and no sound,,,,  that would not be good at all  LOL
