I Need to FAX Identification

Hey,

I decided to let my money build up before my first attempt to cash out.

I was not able to cash out at the end of January because they said I needed to fill out a W-9 form. Once I filled out the form they could not verify my info, and said I needed to do a fax identification method instead.

The process for the fax identification method is not posted anywhere on the site.

I sent in a support ticket over a week ago and have also tried calling the number that I found on Google, but still no help nor response.

I just want to be able to cash out before I loose funds.

Has anyone else had this happen? If so, how does their support staff system operate?

What is their normal response time to a "Support Ticket"?

I found this in the Fusion Cash TOS under Section IV.  PAYMENTS (Cashing Out):

"Information Request. Occasionally, a cashout may be delayed due to the necessity of processing an IRS Form W-9 or an identity verification. In these cases, users can typically expect payment to be submitted within 10 business days of our receipt of the items, however, it may take up to 60 days to process in some cases. IRS Form W-9 submissions must be completed via our online electronic substitute form, while identity verifications may be submitted both online and via facsimilie."

Unfortunately, I can't tell you what their FAX number is.  Perhaps doing a Google search will help.  I'm surprised they didn't give you that information when they told you you needed to do a FAX verification.

I had to fax them information the year I made over $600. You should've gotten an email or notification with the link to the cover  letter that you have to send with your identification. The fax number and instructions are included with that.

Rather than fax, I scanned my information and emailed the file to them.

Congrats on the income and I had to fax to prove who I was one time,  I trust Fusion Cash never had an issue.

It's actually over $600 receive in a year but yes you have to do a verification at that point. There is an online form option but that didn't work for me so I had to fax.
