What kinds of dry cereal do you enjoy?

I just tried cinnamon corn flakes they are excellent. I like raisin brain. I eat dry cereal as crackers too. but, I do eat cereal with milk in the morning and the evening too.  What kind of cereal is the best for you? what kind of milk do you use? Ever eat the dry cereal as a cracker snack? You like dry or hot cereal?  Hope you enjoy today because it is National Cereal Day. Have a gr8 day

I love eating cereal late at night, my fav is Great Grains with raisins, dates, and pecans  and add extra pecans has to be whole milk and I use stevia.  I also like putting cereal on frozen yogurt like coco pebbles and my latest cereal trick is adding it to a peanut butter sandwich or adding it on top of  the peanut butter on toast.  I found a super good hot cereal at the market called Naked its in a white box with a blue trim... if you like oatmeal you will love this stuff and its 100% organic to boot!!For this I slice bananas add a dab of butter cover with real maple syrup and a splash of half and half...  And i wonder why i'm fat!!

I've always loved shredded wheat and other wheat cereals, but I recently read that eating whole wheat cereals with milk can interfere with your absorption of calcium supplements, and if you eat this kind of cereal you should wait 2 hours before taking a calcium supplement.  I feel obligated to follow this guideline since I am trying to strengthen my bones. I think I was on an osteoporosis site when I read this.  Does anyone here know anything about this subject?  This new knowledge has put a real crimp in my eating schedule!

Used to love Alpha bits but can't find them anymore. Like raisen bran,chex,frosted flakes,cheerois fruit loops. see i like the sugary ones.

I eat raisin bran, rice krispies, captain crunch, honey bunches of oat, have 2 percent milk with my cereal. kellogs sugar frosted flakes, corn flakes with bananas, and oat meal

I don't like dry cereal.  It doesn't taste that good.  I bought a box of cereal last year thinking I would eat some for breakfast, but I do think It's still in the back of my cupboard.  Time to clean out my cabinets-

I really enjoy my cheerios. I grew up on them. I will eat them with bananas or sometimes I will put strawberries in them too. I just can't get enough of this cereal. Just will never change it. will be my favorite forever.

I like Cracklin" Oat Bran dry better than with milk.

Cheerios are ok dry, but better if mixed as a "trail mix" of sorts with raisins and walnuts.
