I don't like to drink much of anything when I'm eating. I've had problems with my stomach all my life, and back in probably 2011 came across an article on Hubpages about how drinking water with food slows down your digestion and can upset your stomach. I guess that's because it sort of dilutes the acid that's meant to break down your food. Seems to be true! My stomach does better when I leave the water drinking for at least 30-60 minutes after eating, especially heavier meals.

I usually have a bottled water with an apple and a yoghurt for lunch to keep lunch a real low calorie meal. We buy the bottled water in large packs from BJ's and always have it around the house to drink whenever we think of it.
