3 days now and not able to get my .15 in ptc area due to no sponsors on the left side of screen. sent in a support ticket and no answer. see a lot of others posting about it but no answers from the site admins. why?

They have a note up in the help section that says responses will take awhile due to a high volume of requests.

Still, you would think that since this is something rather important that they would post something in the support section to reassure us that they know about this issue.

I would also like to know where the Administrators are. I heard from Radio Loyalty that they were removed from Fusioncash, but are working with them. I hope so! I got a weekly report and was hopeful. Now, I am worried about pay outs in seven days.

I just submitted a support ticket on the PTC issue. Never have done so before, but I am not too hopeful I will get a response.

i have seen that note there any time i have submitted a ticket...in 2 yrs thats been like 3 times. yes, you would think they would have something in the forum stating they know about the problem and what they are attempting to do to fix it and if possible an approximate time frame when things will be done. now they have thousands of people getting worried and angry with no answers. i really like this site and i have been able to make some money from it but they need to inform us. without us they don't make any money at all!

The staff is small. Please be patient. The Admin Kohler is great and will respond.

The staff being small is no excuse, all we are asking is someone step out and say yes there is a problem we are aware, and working on it
