Lyft or Uber

So which one is better, Lyft or Uber?  or are they about the same (as a passenger)..?

I think that Uber is more popular, not sure which one gives better service...

Both too expensive for me, I just call a friend and slip him some gas money (generously) and I am happy to do the same for other friends.

I have actually never tried either one personally. I have ridden in an uber once with a co-worker, and it was fine and seemed easy. I don't know the difference between the two, and I actually thought they were owned by the same parent company.

Never really gave it much thought switch one is better, as a passenger you still have to be careful.

Never tried Lyft, but I only have good things to say about Uber so far. My sister uses it all the time to get to work, and we've used it a handful or so times for outings.  All the drivers have been pleasant, one in particular was very friendly and such an entertainment.

I seem to pay less with Uber, but both otherwise are generally the same to me. If there is a promo, I will use either one. I guess you can I'm more sold on the cost than loyalty here.

I don't use either but i've heard uber works well first hand, I think lyft sounds pretty cool so if the time came i would probably just pick one, I'm leaning twards uber

Don't know anything about Lyft but My big sis's a part time Uber driver, so Uber!

Neither,  had a bad experience once with Uber and will never use either one in the future.  I would rather walk.
