How many times do one brush their teeth?

I know a lot of people brush their teeth 4 times a day or after they eat. And do you enjoy brushing your teeth?  I do enjoy it because my mouth feels refresh like exercising.

I brush twice a day, sometimes three times. I don't know if I enjoy brushing, but I do it because it is good hygiene.

Two times a day, as a rule but depends on what i may have had to eat, like pop corn or nuts then I'd brush again.

When small, I didn't realize brush your teeth helps with the taste of food. I brush at least once, I try 3x.

Well, I have dentures on top and still my real teeth on the bottom and unfortunately I haven't been to the dentist for a good many years, although I hope to change that soon. My teeth really need a cleaning and I can't stand to not brush them at least twice a day. Many times it's 3 times and I use a whitening rinse also, which I have no idea if that is actually working or not.

I  do mine 4 times a day.  In the morning, after lunch and dinner and before I go to bed.  Just a habit that I was brought up with and also saved on dentist bills

I have a sonicare toothbrush and I really like how clean my teeth feel when I'm done. I usually brush twice a day during the week - morning and night. Sometimes a third time on the weekends if I'm at home.
