It's a blessing to wake up each day and be able to think and do things for yourselves.

I can sure feel the difference in how I feel when I eat healthy and when I eat junk.  I have not been eating that great in the last few days and I can really tell!

Agree, I feel a lot better when I stick to a healthy daily routine.

I want a day where I sleep for the whole 24 hours in the weekends I always end up only having about 12-13 hours of sleep before I can't go back into sleep mode.

My favorite way to wake up is to the smell of bacon. Works so much better than an alarm clock. And it certainly puts me in a better mood. Nothing like waking up on the right note.

Have you tried transitioning into soda water?  It tastes like soda but it's actually water.

I also have gotten on the health wagon.  Lost 30 lbs and have lowered my fasting and A1 C levels so I am no longer considered a diabetic.  Eating no sugar and walking 2-3 miles per day and aerobic exercises 5 days a week.  Keep up the good work!

Congrats! I know first hand how terribly hard kicking a sugar addiction can be.
