On Halloween night we used to turn off our porch light and not answer the door. Nowadays there's not enough kids in the neighborhood who actually trick or treat, so we're off the hook. I never liked Halloween when I was a kid. But my brother would go out trick or treating and get a huge bag of candy and share it with me. So it was all good! :pumpkin:

My favorite time of the year! I have a few recipes I like to bake and will start decorating the inside of my house this weekend (as it'll be the first of October!)

I am 24 years old and have never celebrated halloween. My parents always said it was the devils holiday. I am planning on celebrating it this year and i am going to dress up like a fairy.

I no longer do anything for Halloween, I live in a rural area and have for about 12 years, the first two years I lived here I decorated, went out and bought candy and never had one kid either year. So I dont bother anymore.

I stay home and watch tv

Watch scary movies and candy of course :) Wish I could still go trick or treating. I can still pass for a high school student, I guess I could always attempt it, haha.

I love Halloween but for the past 7 years I have had to work. Maybe one year Ill get off. Last year my co workers and I went to a couple of haunted houses when we got off work. Hoping we will be able to do that again this year.

I don't celebrate the thing. It has no good purpose! We should call this the fall festival and give the children a candy hunt and fair instead.

Dressing up in costumes aren't for people who believe in worshiping the unknown, my church doesn't let it's members dress up for Halloween, we give out candy on All Saints day, not to people dressed up in costumes.

My wife and son are bonkers for Halloween. They are always excited for this time of year.
