PTC Timer

When I clicked on my PTC page,instead of the timer starting at the usual 2:30,it started at 62:30.I can't remember ever seeing this before,so I let it run,opened FC in another tab,and started here on the Forum.After about 6 minutes I finally thought to reload the PTC page to see if that would help.It did.I was then able to redeem my 15¢.Did anyone else have this problem today?

wow, that IS odd.... I've never had that happen.  Thanks for the tip to reload -- I'll keep that in mind if it ever happens to me.

I've never experienced that issue nor have I ever heard of it.  That was some strange glitch for sure.  I'm glad that you were able to reset and reload your page. 

Hopefully I will never see that happening to me but if I do, I will try to remember what you suggested to get out of it.

I've been having problems with the PTC timer lately.

I don't know how many times in the past few weeks I've had to complete it 2-3 times before it actually credits. I'll complete it, click on the coupon button and the page it opens is the PTC page starting over.

Keeps happening to me!

PTC has been working fine for me.

Today, I did not even have a timer but I continued on PTC and coupons did come up within a reasonable time.  From then on, everything was normal. Had no trouble finishing pTC.

I did not notice a timer issue, but the PTC was not working correctly. It took about five minutes to get the code to load.

So, I'd say it was a glitch. Unless it becomes a constant issue, I would not worry about it.

Hmm, that is very strange OP. I've never experienced that before. Perhaps it is the result of a minor glitch in the system (or maybe compatibility issues with your browser). Not sure.
