We lowered the bar when Bill Clinton was elected President (twice!) after the information came out about his sexual escapades.  Unbelievable!  The highest office and honor in the USA should not have belonged to someone with his morals.  So, if the President can practice that type of behavior why would anyone else think it was wrong for them to do the same?

I'm sorry, but twenty years later and I still don't understand why everyone was so upset about that. I get that he cheated on his wife, but it was with another consenting adult. Presidents have lives outside of the presidency. As long as it didn't have anything to do with giving away state secrets I don't care (and have never cared) that he got some action underneath the desk of the oval office. He wasn't bragging about it, Monica was willing. Really, the only people whose business it was would be the three people involved.

And FYI EVERY other man and woman that are high up in politics have cheated on their spouse. And you are right Monica done what she wanted to do. She was trying to further her own agenda and that is how she done it. She got mad and cried rape later when he didn't leave his hag bag wife and go with her.

Well, it was long overdue, but society is slowly coming around the shocking concept that sexual harassment and sexual assault are intolerable and they must be stopped at all costs. It's about time these slimeballs are exposed for the monsters they are. Power to the victims...correction: VICTORS.

This whole thing makes me sad.  I am glad that people are coming forward to bring this situation that has been going on for YEARS into the light.     I hope that the true victims find some peace, and I pray that no one is falsely accused (but I fear that will happen,  as adriarobi said, people can be vintictive)

They think just because they are rich and famous they can do whatever they want and get away with it, you can't touch anyone without their permission, especially in the work force.

Many people have been molested and remain silent for personal reasons or whatever, but that don't mean it didn't happen even if it was many years ago.  It the same as being abused some don't tell that either until they reach a breaking point and some never tell.
