Game of Thrones
« on: December 17, 2017, 12:05:16 am »
Never really got into it. Because my whole family is now addicted I am giving it a second try. (It's something I should be in love with, I'm all about fantasy and scifi). Truthfully, it's a very off putting. Logically I know that all the bad things that happen in the show happened back in the day. But it curdles my stomach to see them killing their pets, selling out their friends, and other R-rated things that I've seen on here. Ugh. I would have been happier if they had kept it G rated. Or at least not cut off a horses head b/c some guy lost a joust.

Anybody addicted or hate it?

My son gave us the first 6 seasons last year so we binge-watched the whole thing.  This year he gave us season 7 and we binge-watched that in one day. :dog: :monkey:

This show is awesome, not as good anymore since they are rushing and jamming too much into the last few episodes, but great overall

I am def starting to enjoy it, even though there are a lot of stuff that makes me mad. It's still a good mad. I am getting glued to the screen. So far, my favorite character is John Snow. I'm in the beginning of season 2 and I'm really loving it. I hate the blonde family though.

I wasn't too keen about it when it first came out. I think I only saw the first two episodes. However, I did watch all of last season and really got sucked into it.

I wouldn't say I'm addicted to it but I do enjoy watching it. It's definitely not for everyone and that's ok. It can be a pretty graphic show.

I have never watched it because it doesn't seem like my type of show. Everyone seems to really like it though so I may have to give it a chance.
