a new year is coming

I noticed that even though a new year is coming, I don't think about it.
I finished a five year payment plan this month, December 2017.
 
I just flow with the days as they come and go.
I take care of what needs doing and keep on going.
There is no abrupt end or abrupt beginning.

I feel pretty much the same way. Last December I actually looked forward to 2017 for whatever reason, and then literally moments after the ball dropped and then for several days following, I had such depression and dread. I try not to get my hopes too high for any new year, but there are some things I'd like to try to accomplish in 2018.

2007 was not a bad year for me, but I am looking forward to 2018. I will be finished with my degree in February and hopefully get a better job next year.

I never think about that it is a New Year either, I just take it one day at a time. Tomorow is never promise we should all just appreciate the time we have now. May 2018 be a great year for us all.
