I have exercise videos that I follow.  They are short 15 min workouts that I do on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.  They work great as  long as I stick to the schedule.

I ride the stationary bike at the gym 30 minutes three times a week, since I get free membership with my medical insurance.

I ride the stationary bike at the gym 30 minutes three times a week, since I get free membership with my medical insurance.

I have a free membership with my insurance as well, which is great, but my hours are so erratic at work that I rarely manage to go. And I don't really like to go when it's packed with other people. It seems too chaotic.

However, I love to take walks in the state park near my home. It feels great to walk outdoors, smell the fresh air and see the beautiful sights while I'm climbing the hills.

I try to rotate between push ups, sit ups, riding a bike and walking.

I belong to 24Hour Fitness, so it hardly ever gets crowded and particular time. Walking outdoors is more of a problem in Oregon, since it's usually raining.

I love running.  I do it about an hour every day then I do they typical stretches, the thigh lunge, sit-ups, push-ups, the 'twist'.

I do different types of exercise's. I go for walks, when I can! Which means any chance I can get. I do workouts, which mostly includes dancing and I jog from time to time!

I get a lot of exercise at work. I am a server and our kitchen is downstairs so I am up and down the stairs all day. I also enjoy walking/jogging with my dog when the weather is nice. I do a lot of muscle toning/core exercises too.
