    I avoid the gym...because I am afraid of breaking a bone using heavy duty gym equipment.
    With good shoes, I prefer to walk and walk.

I walk a lot at my job and rarely sit down while I am there, so I get a lot of daily exercise just via my job.
On days off, I use the treadmill in the basement now that it is cold outside.  I prefer to walk outside when the weather is nice.

I have a gym in my garage.  I was working out in a gym and kids were on the different equipment doing nothing and I couldn't get my full workout in so I made my own.

I don't because of disabilities but I am hoping to get a pool with some money from something I am selling.  That would enable me to exercise where otherwise I can't.

I have degenerative disc disorder so I use a recumbent bike since it supports my back. I also do some yoga, some poses I cannot do. I have two videos on Qi Gong which I had never heard of but one was for back pain so I try and do that. I'm working up to being able to do more pilates, strengthen my core which will help my back.

I use to walk on my treadmill but my treadmill broke so now I walk up and down my hallway. Furthermore, I use to do squats, my arms, etc..., but I fall and hit my head so I've been taking it easy. Nice all! and I usually try to walk 30 minutes a day or 2 miles. I actually started this because I had some health trouble and it's amazing how walking at a decent pace each day can improve your health.
