I just got out of the hospital. I had to go in by ambulance Dec.31 and got out yesterday. A Fib and Pnuemonia.

It seems like the flu is really hitting everyone extra hard this year.  (Or maybe it is just going to be early and done early!)

I had my flu shot and take a vitamin c everyday and I seem to have avoided getting sick even though I've been around sick people :o :o

Hope you're feeling better. What a way to start the new year! Flu is pretty bad this year and according to what I read, the flu vaccine is only 10% effective.

I never get the flu shot. I got one about 10 year ago and got so sick with the flu, I didn't think I was going to make it. So I don't get the flu or the pneumonia shots. Too afraid.

Sorry to hear you had to go to the hospital, but really glad they caught it in time. Can't mess around with pneumonia with this weather making it worse.

Hope you are regaining your strength & on your way to doing & feeling better.... I always hear once you have pneumonia you always catch it.  Hope that isn't true.

I  had my flu shot and feel great other than physical strains and aches. Right now I have a right shoulder strain.

Hope you're feeling better! It must be great getting out of the hospital! Hospitals are the main vectors for viruses & diseases floating around in the air through the vents from the operating rooms to the cafeteria!
