Explore 10 Not Loading

Is anyone else not getting the explore 10 to open? I've been running them when they come up for weeks without issue, but today, they window opens but nothing loads.

I have experienced these Explore 10s opening very slowly lately, but they do open.  I assumed it was my computer.  However, I noticed one of them today not opening after waiting quite a while.  There was a message at the bottom of my screen that said something about website not responding.  I don't know if it was just 'stuck' or what, but I switched to look at my surveys page and then returned to the videos again.  I tried it again and it loaded.

Thanks! I know they've been a little slower lately, but now they just seem to sit at a blank screen. I'll play around with it a little more. It's my favorite way to earn my $0.05 and then some.

I have not seen Explore 10,  I guess I will have to look for it

I don't recognize that one, either.  I DO have an offer called "Explore the Web Now!"  It must be similar, only the last time I completed it, I only had to view 7 sites, not 10.  This offer was listed three times on my page, but after completing it the first time, I got the message, "Sorry, this offer is not available right now," every time I clicked one of the offers.

Explore the Web Now is one. Others have titles like Learn New Parenting Tips, Become a Better Cook & More, Discover What Other Cooks Cook, etc. There's a handful of different ones that show up off and on throughout the day. Most are 10 steps at 35-45 seconds each. The Explore the Web Now is my favorite because it has less videos and they are shorter.

Explore 10 was in reference to the 1¢ videos such as "Explore the Web Now!" or "Parenting Tricks and Tips!" among others you've probably clicked in the video list.  They give 30 second or 45 second views of a webpage in about 10 steps, but that can vary depending on which one you click.  You don't have to respond to a prompt in between steps (like with HyprMX).  Once it is finished you click to claim it.  You'll see "Explore 10" in the upper left-hand corner of the screen:  https://explore10.com/slideshow/offer?id

Explore 10's  [Learn about new websites] can actually be more easily completed on Internet Explorer.  I noticed on other sites that they no longer want to work on chrome , so that is my alternative.  I haven't had issues with them working nor with crediting since I started using that browser for them.

I have been having the problem with it opening also. Many times I have had to close it and reopen it several times before it starts.

I usually use Chrome Browser and most of the time they work.  The last couple of days I have been getting the message that the offer is not available.

I took the advice of Survivalist7 and tried Internet Explorer and they worked.  Thank you for the tip.

That's a good tip. I usually do these on my laptop and use Chrome exclusively. I'll give IE a try next time I have a problem. Ultimately, I just cleared cache and cookies and that seemed to do the trick for now.
