"Me Time"

I work at home and i have ME time all the time.

I have an autistic daughter who requires 24/7 care, not much me time.

I don't get me time. I work a job 5 days a week and I babysit on my day off

Now that my Mom's sadly gone, I'm spending more "me" time by working out or just lazying around and watching TV. Grieving sucks. But I'm spending a lot of time with my Dad.

Sometimes I just go to work for me. It’s only a couple people there sometimes just 1 other person and on my weekends I am all alone

I also go to the gym for myself. I can’t seem to lose the weight but it’s me time

My me time is commuting back and forth to work.  Seems like the only time no one is asking for something

I'm just getting to do me time now. I had 5 daughter and was Mom and Dad for many years. I had to bring my daughter everywhere I went; grocery, laundry mart ... Now that my last daughter is 20 well now I get more time for me.

I was caregiver for my mom and she passed a few weeks ago so I will be finding a new normal.  I have been working in the yard and getting my vegetable garden together but a mini trip is coming soon just to relax.

Since I have been retired for awhile, it is much easier to have me time; I can just sit on the patio and take in the beauty of nature and just let my mind relax.

We all need some "me time".  Mine is the last hour before going to bed.  I get the TV and and watch what ever I want.
