Issue with the FC Profile surveys

When I click one of the profile surveys to fill out, it opens a tab but its showing its loading. But I see the button options of Save and Cancel and it never stops loading even if I leave it alone for a while. Can anyone help me with this?

I clicked on the profile surveys and got the same thing. I susprct it is just a technical error. I am sure it will be fixed soon. I would suggest trying later or submitting a support ticket if the issue persists.

When this happens to me I just go back to the survey and click on it again and sometimes it comes up then but other times it doesn't but at least I get my .01

I been trying it for a few days now and I get blank pages. Did put in a ticket but have not heard anything.

could be your browser doesnt like you having adblocker on while your doing the survey . Some advertisers put that in there survey so people take that off

I have hadcthis happen once or twice i just back out and try to go back into it.sometimes it comes up and sometimes it doesn't. When it doesn't i just move on to the next

When you get that it's just best to back out of it and move on
