Got to have mustard with certain foods and it depends on the food if I use spicy or regular mustard.  Must have on burgers and hot dogs and add a little to my potato salad

I am not a big fan of mustard. Sometimes I will eat it on a burger, but not very often. I do not like mustard on my hot dogs. I do enjoy mustard based potato salad, but not if the mustard flavor is overpowering.

I hate mustard, I keep trying it every few years to see if I've grown into it but nope. Never heard of it for pain relief.
